Healthy Plates
Teaching the children to make healthy choices with fun resources is a blast!
Print, laminate and place a velcro dot on the back of a variety of food pictures.
Glue a large circle of felt on the top of a plastic plate so the children can load the plate up with food.
Ask the children to make a variety of healthy food plates.
We like to use 7 plates, so the children can take turns deciding the menu. It's a great way to see what the children love to eat, and encourage them to try different foods.

Move it Move it!
Design a fun musical exercise circuit with your Cheeky Monkey using these Cheeky Monkey Club Exercise Cards.
The children will love copying Cheeky Monkey as he moves in different positions to get his heart pumping.
Divide the cards into fast and slow moving exercises.
Now select two different songs with different tempos. One slow and one FAST!
Get the children to select the exercises and place them in a specific order or they can select them at random.

Alternatively...
Draw pictures of different exercise equipment or exercises and place them inside a mystery box.
Now get moving to some fun music and take turns selecting a card for each new song.
