Have you infected anyone with your smile today?

You know that feeling when someone smiles at you and you automatically smile back? I love it when that happens. :)

I'm "a smiler" and always try and infect people with a little positive energy.

Don't get me wrong.. I don't feel positive all the times, as there are moments when I feel just miserable, but mostly, I make a conscious effort to smile everyday.

You should try it too, because look at these TOP 10 benefits according to Mark Stitch, PhD.

I have just added my feedback for each one.
